- ✕ Using stolen credit cards or false info for fraudulent activities.
- ✕ Harassing, annoying, or threatening our employees or other users.
- ✕ Posting fake reviews or manipulating the system to mislead customers.
Legal & Intellectual Property
- ✕ Using the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws.
- ✕ Sharing content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
- ✕ Misusing promotional offers or discounts in a way not intended.
Automation & Scrapers
- ✕ Engaging in any automated use of the system (robots, spiders, or scrapers).
- ✕ Collecting usernames or emails for sending unsolicited advertisements (Spam).

The Services may contain links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, and other content belonging to third parties. These are not investigated or monitored by us. Inclusion of or linking to these does not imply approval or endorsement.
User Assumption of Risk

Dispute Resolution
1. Informal Negotiations
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms (each a "Dispute"), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least **thirty (30) days** before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party.

Platform Owners (Organizers)
Site owners are health professionals who own pharmacies, clinics, hospitals or medical facilities. They use our platform to manage permissions, ecommerce sales, inventory expiration tracking, payroll system, branches, and lead management systems, e.t.c.
Site Owner Commitments
- Eligibility: Must be a licensed health professional in Nigeria.
- Subscription: Failure to pay for 4 months results in termination.
- Data Privacy: We do not access owner data unless requested for support.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for making decisions ion your platform, and Pharmcare shall not be held liable or responsible for any business decisions made by you or your organization.
